Lost in asia
- Is Lost very popular in Asia? Because I was wearing my Dharma shirt today (just a normal polo shirt with a Dharma orchid logo on the left side of the chest. Nothing big and flashy to say "Look at me, I'm a Lost fan!") and this asian looking couple was all excited and asked if they could take a picture ... they didn't speak any of my languages, which is why I have no idea what was going on and why I can only say they were "asian looking" ...

- And is Lost Science Fiction and if yes, why not? There's science and there is fiction, loads of it. Still, it's never labeled Science Fiction. Why is that? Is it only Science Fiction when there are spaceships or aliens or when it's set in space or the future? Unless we'll find out that Jacob and his kind are actually aliens none of these things apply to Lost. Discuss ;-)

I've never seen LOST so I have no idea whether it's science fiction or not. I only know that there are allegedly too many plot lines to count. *lol*

It was not that complicated really. There's one major plotline and most of the flashbacks are just there to get some background for the characters. With such a big cast that wasn't a bad idea, because it would have been impossible to give all of them scenes where they sit down and talk about their pre-island life with someone.

Of course, just when you got that figured out they introduced flash forwards and time traveling *lol*

Next season will be the last one and I'm planning to watch the whole thing after that, because so many things only start to make sense in the context of later episodes. I'm pretty sure I missed a lot of things.
